Key Metrics & Their Definitions
Collateral Factor (CF)
Purpose: Represents the ability of the asset to serve as collateral.
Liquidation Threshold
Purpose: Marks the minimum margin that must remain before the account health is deemed too low, signaling the onset of the liquidation process.
Liquidation Penalty
Purpose: This denotes the extra sum taken from a borrower's deposit during a liquidation event.
